Dear Vinny,
On Friday you turned three months old! You are growing into a very big boy, and Mommy and Daddy are extremely proud of you.
Aunt Laura came to visit this weekend. She spent all day yesterday with you, Mommy, and Daddy. She remarked about how much you had grown since she had last seen you but she said she could still recognize you as the same baby.
Today Daddy took you to the pediatrician to check up on your ears. Your ear infection has gone away and you now weigh fifteen pounds! The doctor also confirmed our fears: you have started teething. A couple of weeks ago I began noticing that you were drooling more. Your gums are kind of sandpapery and you chew on my finger rather than suck on it when I stick it in your mouth. Usually babies don't start teething until they are six months old.
You are still our sweet baby and we love you more and more as the days pass.
